first the question _ what is the difference between  Earphones and In-Ear Monitors ?
 
Then I would very much appreciate your kind suggestions about cheap but good sounding earphones, up to 50 $
I am very interested in some of those hidden gems as those ones mentioned in  the 3D hereunder.
I need them to listen to voice recordings. So I am looking for low distortion type
I would prefer suggestions about big brands available even here in europe

I will recommend the Bose earbuds,Yuin OK3, PK3 and sennheiser MX680. The Earphones mostly reffer to earbuds and they stay outter in the ear(so others can hear too like fullsize open headphones). The Semi in earphones are like Sennheiser IE8, IE7 and they stay little deep but still outter in the ear. The in ear monitors are like Etymotic er4p and they stay deep in the ear to make better seal and cancel outside noise.
