Definitely - the headphone out is very noisy. Think using a good amp helps too - I ended up breaking a Subpac M2 because the Line In was all over the place (led flashing red). Some dacs can output multiple signals at the same time (RCA/XLR) so this is what I am currently using. I have seen Subpac have released a new version (X1) although the price has tripled. Anyone tried the new version yet?
