this truly does keep getting better, i take it the surrounds are made with the same salt water etching process you used for the nameplate?

No problem vixr, it is truly quite sublime artwork and elements of it do indeed remind me of your amps, although somehow perhaps more organic, though few organic materials are used. I'm not sure if you incorporate more found objects into any pure artwork that you do as opposed to fabricating/modifying them?, but i can certainly imagine a progression of your style without so much need for function doing so. Now if only i could have been more eloquent in my praise last night; haha you would think there was no other word but work.

One can only imagine what it must be like to live with Mr Lo Bue and his artistic materials. When old almost rotten bath-plugs are reborn into beautiful works of art, what other human detritus is lying in wait that did not make the cut?

Im a bit of a fan of the steampunk style myself. Your amp would go nicely with my ipod....

Good luck with the rest of the build. I look forward to seeing it finished!
