Where are you getting the adapter? I have one I purchased a few years ago from a member who machined them.

I think I got them from the same member, mine are probably 3-4 years old.

I ordered a power adapter plug for the SR -002, supposedly the AC002. I got it and it does not work. I measured the voltage and is was 5.2 volts. In the past I have tried a Sony and a Phillips 4.5 volt cd power supply. They did not work either. Now I have a regulated variable dc voltage that I also use for other estat amps. Now with the tip is + and the barrel is negative and the appropriate adapter works great. For home use it is great but is a brick when it comes to portability. I also found that to use ac I need the batteries pulled out.
What have other folks tried and what worked?

Excellent earphones and portable amplifier, D-10 is a bit weak for full-size headsets, but it is made for 003, i find 003 very comfortable, they sound like "baby sr 007"
