Hi all,

Can you guys advice on how is the analog version compared to Cayin i5?

I've recently auditioned the i5 with my flat4 Sui and found that the i5 is quite warm and smooth sounding. Its very enjoyable for long listening sessions..
However I feel that the i5 is not quite dynamic and not putting the micro details as I would've liked. When adding the Onkyo DP X1 into the comparisons, I felt that the onkyo is putting more detail than the i5 and much more balanced sounding across the Freq spectrum

hello,  does anyone know the coaxial cable configuation to connect to the chord mojo? The pins are swapped around or something? Any ideas how to purchase a cable that would work properly?

Hi, you can get it customized according to below picture.
Or if you need my help, I can help to purchase one for you.

any special reason to not follow the industry standard? Buying the M1-Pro also means finding someone capable of producing a special rewired cable that serves no other purpose. Just my 2 cents

Perhaps soundaware can consider providing such a cable in the package for all new orders

It seems like no industry standard for the 3.5mm coaxial interface on audio gears. Different products have different definitions. Even our future new product (MR1) has another definition for the 3.5mm coaxial interface.
Actually, the Coaxial output of M1 was originally designed for connecting with RCA interface. We have customized the cable of 3.5mm male to RCA female end.

nice stack and nice cable. Where can we buy one to connect these 2 devices?  i auditioned the mojo with m1pro at canjam. its an improvement (more natural better bass control too) - not a huge one but still nice :)

Great, what headphones did you use? EE are quite sensitive, so looking for someone who can eleborate not only about bonus of the stacking the M1Pro but about the possible effect on hiss. Thanks again

I use 64 audio a12s....quite sensitive iems. Granted I was at a show in a noisy environment but i didnt notice any hiss at all. The mojo added to the m1pro adds that little bit extra to all aspects of the sound..that final 10% say....to the point where i think i was also buy one for my office rig.

Thank you for confirming the U12 do not show any hiss. Owning U6 that is very relevant piece of info. The EE supposedly are more susceptible to picking up hiss, so before purchasing any of the above I'd be interested to know how EE will behave when paired to the M1Pro.

do you use only one cs4398 chip? if yes can you post crosstalk measurement?

Can we use the pro as a spdif/optical/coax dac (spdif input)

what about ultra low latency usb asio input?
