Hi, I hate the piece of **** like toucscreen of the ZX1 as it is completely unreadable in sunlight. Not very clever from Sony ericsson o use such a low quality screen in a mobile device!

How about the screen of the ZX100? Did they learn this time? Is it readable when you're outdoors in bright sunlight?

Even my old Sony Vaio Pocket MP3 player had a reflective display that was easy to read in the sun.

I was willing to the Z2 but according to this forum it has the same bad screen quality.

I​ haven't checked mine maxing it to 5 on the sun, but i will try it out monday at work

As someone appreciating the SONY A series for some year now I intend to move into the ZX100 but have a question.
 
How much of the 128GB internal is free for music files?  An external 128GB card only has 118GB free so I would guess there is even less in the internal ZX100, correct?
 
BTW I tried out an A&K Jnr last week but hated its operating system and really could not detect a significant improvement in AQ over the Sony A17 so I sold it.  Seems to me there are greater differences in CD AQ than there are between players.  But that is not to say a portable head amp or top headphones are not important.  I'm getting great AQ from the A17 coupled to a Fiio A12 Mont Blanc amp feeding into HiFiMan 400s or better still, Sennheiser HD800 headphones.  I should get even better AQ from the ZX100 but do not expect to be blown over with the difference.

I didn't use it with external AMP though.

I had an A17 walkman and when i moved to the ZX100 i was blown away by the SQ of the ZX100, crispier highs with no distortion, nice  mids and nice bass, not as bassy as A17 I like my zx100. For me it has a clean signal​

ZX100 is better.

I listened to A25 (test version) I thought ZX100 has a wider sound!

you listened to him, I Yes, I listened to both the player and the A25 from zx100 zx100 suuck wider and louder than the A25!
