 ​For me it works perfectly fine, still have like 423 albums on it 116GB of music occupied of the 183.3GB, FLAC 16 and some 24 bit flac albums, like 8GB of hi-res
 
Last year i spent in audio quite a bit .... Fisrt my A17, then the oppo ha-2, the XBA-A3 and the ZX100.. my BF popped me the question ... time to save up for civil partnership ceremony costs (paperwork transaltion costs too and well plane tickets)

for those moving from the A17 to X100, could you answer a few questions
1) What is the sound quality difference between them
2) What is the size/weight difference?  I know what the raw dimensions are but how does the size increase actual feel like?  How is pocketability?  I used to have an ipod classic, how does the zx100 size/weight compare that (if you can tell me)?
3) If I need a size increase from the A17 (ZX100 gives me an additional 55 GB about), considering the differences in the devices is the 600 cost justified?

SOUND QUALITY: wow man is superb, it a huge upgrade in clairity and spaciousness and separation
it feels more heavy 66g of A17 vs 150g of ZX100, size zx100 is a bit bigger than the A17 but still pocket friendly.
 
Mine has 115.4GB useable and well i have also a 200GB sanDisk

Thank you for the quick answer.  Last question, does anyone know of an armband that would fit this device?  I have searched and am considering buying an ipod touch one cause they have similar specs as there is no specific armband for this Walkman/=.

Don't know for sure but for SQ i forgot to mention the high-end spectrum (highs) don't get distorted at all like in the A17​

Just received by ZX100 from AccessoryJack yesterday. There was no security seal on the box; no tape/sticker sealing the box. Is this normal? Anyone else receive their unit with an unsealed box? My ZX100 appears to be in perfect condition. Just paranoid.

Cannot comment on a product i don't own (ZX2) but my ZX100 definitvely is bright rather than warm, it helps a lot with my XBA-A3 which are bassy in nature
