I sensed something much higher than 13,650 KHz, but couldn't call it audible.
It is definitely audible at 18.6 kHz in my case.

Was a multirole jet fighter, any closer we could've counted the rivets LOL.Jet noise is the worst.
That 1982 Judas Priest concert next to the speakers blew my right eardrum. I wish I had worn ear plugs, but I wouldn't trade the experience for the world. The Screaming for Vengeance tour was epic. I am sure that didn't help my hearing, but it's still not bad. I will test my hearing using my LPGT and its PMEQ.It is definitely audible at 18.6 kHz in my case.
Same; customer lost, zero interest in a yet another Google data acquisition device. Sony should have focused it's own OS, sold out on privacy & quality....I only have Lotoo left. I was disappointed that Sony jumped on the Android bandwagon. I will probably bolt from this thread in time, but I am curious by nature...at least with audio gadgets. I will be anxious to see Gen 2 sales compared to the original.
I may ditch my smart phone in time. I totally agree with you. Hopefully, Sony comes back. I am no fan of Google or Android.Same; customer lost, zero interest in a yet another Google data acquisition device. Sony should have focused it's own OS, sold up on privacy & quality....

I'd love too, sadly such devices are produced to serve the provider not the end user. It's all wired wrong; opted in versus educated consent. Governments don't care as long as the $$$$ role in. If I purchase HW, it's mine and I should have complete control...I may ditch my smart phone in time.
In 1986 I saw David Gilmour and was in the 13th row in front of the speakers. It didn't blow out my ear drums but my ears ringed for almost a week. That 1982 Judas Priest concert next to the speakers blew my right eardrum. I am mellowing and went to see Kenny G, which was great. The volume was not overboard. Five years ago when I went to Full Terror Assault open air extreme metal festival, I wore ear plugs made for concerts. They worked beautifully and my ears never rang.In 1986 I saw David Gilmour and was in the 13th row in front of the speakers. It didn't blow out my ear drums but my ears ringed for almost a week.
I’ll be 60 in the autumn and I top out between 15.000 and 16.000I will be 75 on Sunday. I'm topping out around 12.300kHz. I will be checking though with multiple headphones.
Thank heaven I did not attend too many rock concerts.
