Sony F Series VS E Series Sound quality and components (DAC)

I'm wondering how much of a sound quality upgrade the F Series is VS the E series Walkman player.  I have the E series and the sound quality is great via an LOD but I'm wondering if the F series has a much better DAC.  I know the new F series can play FLAC files.  Has anyone had experience with both?  I tried to find a thread on this but couldn't as people mostly compare the F and Z or X series!

The new E series walkmen like (E474 8GB iam selling mine with in earphones like FXT90 or Harmen Kardon AE, pm me if interested) are amazingly good sounding and line out works well but F series are better sounding through HP jack and line out.
