How close are the EX500 / EX300 to the EX700? The design looks pretty similar, what about the sound?

EX700 uses the newer 16mm dynamic transducer while EX500/300 uses the older 13.5mm design (same as EX90/85 series), I doubt they will sound very close to each other.
