While walking outdoors: iAudio G3 > CX400 (me)
While walking outdoors: iAudio G3 > EP630 (wife)
Aerobic exercising in basement: Zen Nano > CX300
General use while not exercising: iAudio 7 > iM616 or HF5 or CK7 (depending on music type)

Sony S639/Ipod Touch (1st gen) -> ibasso T4 -> Shure SE530 for mobile outdoor use requiring isolation (on the bus, etc). Have a new LOD and mini-to-mini on the way, so soon that'll be in between the DAP and the T4.

If I'm in a situation where I need isolation but I'm not moving around much, then I'll occasionally bust out the NC732's.

Or DAP -> T4 -> PFE for uses not requiring too much isolation (shopping, walking on the street, etc).

DAP -> T4 -> Yuin PK2 for office use. Occasionally PFE but if I need to stay in contact with other in office their isolation (however little) is detrimental, so it's usually PK2 since they're buds.

DAP -> JVC Marshmallows/EX082 as workout rig, but sad to say I haven't had a chance to go to the gym lately.

At home it's just a rotation of all my phones, I try to give all of them some time of the week.

Just Sony NWZ-A818 and Denon C751 or CrossRoads HR2 depending on my mood. I'm considering getting the PFE and iBasso T4 in the future but I'm not in a hurry.

When I mean portable, I really mean it: it has to fit in my jeans pocket, no exception.

My daily portable source is my Zune 8GB Black.

Previous phones include: Creative EP-630, Denon C551K.

My daily portable setup now is: Zune 8GB -> Monster Turbine.

30 GB iPod 5th Gen (white) -> RSA Predator (red) -> Ety 6i's

Portable isn't my favorite way to listen; I'm in college so I don't really have long commutes (I certainly wouldn't listen and walk at the same time... need to be aware of the environment!). I'd much rather listen at my desk in my room.

Also, the Predator isn't really necessary... I should probably sell it.

Sony NWZ-A829 / Sennheiser IE8.

Wonderfully big sounding, little rig.

Cowon iAudio 7 (16 GB) → Etymotic ER-4P (mod.) or Phonak Audéo PFE 12 (w. Shure Olives) or Sennheiser PX 100 (for running) -- all equalized (thanks to Cowon for the semi-parametric equalizer!)

I use whichever ones i feel like using for the day... but my portable rig costs between $100 and $500 depending on what I'm using.
