Right now it's a W3 out of an iAudio 7. The ES2 stopped sealing

But there will be an ES3x in the very near future.

This is my most used rig these days: Fuze (line-out) -> iBasso T4 -> Head-Direct RE0

Also switch IEM from time to time, keeping a rotation.

My most used is Audiotrak Prodigy sound card -> HP extension cord -> IE8. A close 2nd is Fuze (line out) -> E5 -> IE8 or KSC75 (Kramer and headband modded)

About 50% of my music is FLAC and I have a bunch of 8GB microSD cards for increased music selection

I want to get an iPhone 3G soooo bad. Mostly for the phone functionality, but I want to see how it does for music playback too. It's identical to the iPod Touch 2nd gen in that regard, correct?

I would think so...although the ipod touch is more of a dedicated music player in a sense, so maybe there are better components in there, who knows?

The only thing I wish the iphone/ipod touch did was have a customizable EQ on the device. It sucks being stuck with just the presets. And even if you have custom ones in iTunes, it doesn't transfer over...
