Shure SRH940 compared to MS1i...?

Anyone own both the SRH940 and the MS1i, how does the two compare? Other than the obvious enhanced details and sonic extension of the SRH940, how similar or different are they in presentation of the freq range, imagining, sound stage, separation, speed....?

The srh940 is a little bassier (not by much mind you) and has smoother treble. The mids are forward. The alessandro ms1 is very forward and treble based. They are rather harsh to my ears in comparison. I find the srh940 to be rather neutral.
