I have hissing problems with my shure se215 

  in shares in quieter passages, my source is a sansa clip+ rockbox
with flac file, sorry for my bad english.

Its not your earphones, its your source.  Sensitive earphones will make it more obvious.
 
So in this case, you are hearing the background noise of your Clip+

 It can be the earphones, my SE530 will hiss on any portable set-up I throw at it. Better sources will reduce the hissing though. The Clip+ isn't a hissy source in my opinion.

If you really want to get rid of the noise, find a source with the lowest possible background noise level.  You will have to find a higher quality source. Other than that, live with it, or change to a less sensitive earphone.

I just tried SE215 on Clip+ and I can't hear any hiss. I can see four possibilities: 1) the OP's Clip+ is faulty, 2) the hiss is part of the music or 3) RockBox is making Clip+ hissy, or 4) a curious case of tinnitus.

I agree with this agreement. My Clip+ is one of the least hissy sources I have even when coupled with sensitve BA IEM's. Based on the context clue "in quieter passages," I am going to guess the hiss is part of the music.

If you actually look at the Sansa Clip+ thread on the portable source forum, you'll see that a lot of users report mild hissing.
