Hi, thanks for the advice. I gave it a try and seems to have worked. Wow, I didn’t think it would do anything, but it really seems to have reset something and it’s now giving me a green light when it’s fully charged. Thanks again.
I 2nd the opinion that WM1Z is fantastic. I've tried WM1A (which is very good), AR-M2, and DX300Max. I have a WM1Z semi-permanently paired with the KSE1200.
Hi there, hope everyone is staying safe and doing fine. I have a kse1200 and a used Kingsound M03 (Modded for the Kse voltage bias), but the adaptor has oxidised very badly, and I need a replacement, but have no clue where to find one.
If someone could share a link from where to buy this adaptor, I'll be very grateful for your help.

Just a question... Is the KSE 1200 a good accompaniment for IER Z1R?
Has there been any known issues with the included Amp? Are there any replacement for it when it fail? Has anyone managed to fix parts of it/ do simple battery change?

I have both KSE1200 and IER-Z1R and they are quite a bit different. Comfort wise the KSE1200 is way better as it is lighter. Sound wise, with the right amp, the Sony can match and exceed the KSE1200 pretty much in all music genres.
My 3 yo KSE1200 unit has not require any service. As it has not been discontinued, I see no issue with parts from the manufacturer.
Woah, there a lot of us with both KSE and Z1R I also use both. KSE with better recordings and lighter music and Z1R with more bass heavy like metal, and hard electronic music and lesser produced recordings. That's only because I can. They are both versatile enough to use with everything in my opinion.

Ah yeah I'm asking as I Love my Z1R in many genres but for some like Acoustic, LoFi, Jazz etc I feel they are not as good as my AT ADX5000 can be on that same music. Thus am looking around for IEM with more detail, more separation, faster decay, but not THAT bass anemic in comparison.
Does the KSE have at least HD800s quantity of bass or no?

HD800s doesn't have any bass compared to KSE and KSE has substantially more bass than ADX5000. I'm looking for some open back full size headphones for some time to have something with big soundstage but all that I've tried lack the bass that KSE have.
Yeah, the bass on the KSE is amazing, but you must have a good seal, and let the seal settle for a few minutes before judging. It seems like getting the last 10% of the seal takes a couple minutes. Sometimes I will press on them a tad to get the seal just right.
I use comply foams TS100 on which i have good seal quite quickly. KSE are also a bit warmer in general on them which I prefer for longer listening sessions.
