It's like Shanling is now run by 30 marketing gurus with the basic idea of creating new segments of product with higher price but no added value while there are 5 devs.
Worse they leave products behind with already flawed software and basic features seems to take years.
As long as we don't send a clear message they are all in for "burned grass".
Previous fans are leaving, fearing being bitten again with unstable, unmaintained products while resources are full steam on new shiny hardware.
Just look at the interest of the community for the new products compared to others brands in the game...
No offense to the community manager of Shanling but the company does not seems to compete anymore on the field at least from my point of view.
