Shanling MTW100 - True Wireless IEMs, IPX7, BT5.0 Balanced armature or Dynamic driver

I purchased a pair of red MTW100s in December 2019 from Amazon. I love the design, the fit and the clear sound. However in the last 2 weeks the earbuds no longer pair. I have reset them about 15 times without resolution. I have called Amazon for customer support and contacted Shanling customer support via Facebook. All that Shanling says is to “contact your seller”. It’s discouraging that Shanling will not honor their warranty. Any ideas?

Pretty sure they are correct in saying that the warranty is supposed to be honored by the retailer, not the manufacturer. Was the seller you purchased from on Amazon MusicTeck? If so, contact them directly and they will take care of it.

We are not able to provide direct warranty for whole international market directly from China, for that reason warranty on our products is covered by our international distributors and dealers. We make sure that they honor warranty on Shanling products.

Currently no Shanling products are sold directly by Amazon, they are sold by our international dealers and distributors through Amazon.

Anyone found an alternative silicone tip that fits in the case? The stock ones keep slipping out of my ears. Spinfits dont fit in the case either
Misodiko TWS-Joy fit, and I like them a lot. For me they provide better ear fit and better isolation than the stock tips, and they fit the case effortlessly.

no those are silicon tips. I also use them on my MTW100. No problems with charging and better fit compared to the stock tips. I have tried the Spinfit CP360 xs size but those gave problems with the charging case.

I just received my MTW100 and M0 to use together for gym time. I paired them and and they say connected but I am not getting any sound. I have the M0 in AAC. Not sure if I missed a step or something is just wrong.

Nothing special to set them up, might be simple software glitch.

Please which firmware is your M0? Latest firmware is V3.4.
When you connect them and start music, do you see AAC text in status bar on M0?
And can you test if it works at SBC setting?

Currently on firmware V3.2 with no way to update right now.
AAC does show on the top right hand corner when the M0 says its playing.
I tried SBC and all other modes, I didnt realize compatibility then, and none worked.
I have no problems when connected to my FIIO M11.

Otherwise you can try factory reset on MTW100.
