I purchased a pair of red MTW100s in December 2019 from Amazon. I love the design, the fit and the clear sound. However in the last 2 weeks the earbuds no longer pair. I have reset them about 15 times without resolution. I have called Amazon for customer support and contacted Shanling customer support via Facebook. All that Shanling says is to “contact your seller”. It’s discouraging that Shanling will not honor their warranty. Any ideas?
