The problem is likely that there charger cannot supply the correct voltage and current combination for the earbud case. The case probably can't accept anything but 5V and 2.1A while the charger delivers a lot more power than that.I just received the mtw100 and I have a problem with the pixel 3 charger, using the charger and the cable that comes with it (compatible for fast charging the pixel) the headphone box does not charge (no LEDs lights). I've tested with other chargers and cables without any problem.
Thank you!

I've been struggling to reset and re-pair my MTW100 V1. Let me save the procedure here.
- Un-pair and turn-off BT on your device
- Put both iem in the box
- Take L iem out and put on. It should say Power On and later on bip-bip. Tap 4 times in quick succession. It should say Power Off. Otherwise repeat the 4 taps. Not every 4 taps turn off (and reset) the iem. Put L iem in the box once it powers off.
- Do the same with R iem.
- Turn-on BT on device
- Take both iem out and keep them close to each other.
- Select "Shanling MTW100" on device. (Do not select "Shanling MTW100 L")

The MTW100 can be finicky at times. I've got the MTW300 here but haven't tried it yet. Hopefully, the connectivity is trouble-free.I've been struggling to reset and re-pair my MTW100 V1. Let me save the procedure here.

After 1 year I already see some degradation of the battery in the charging case. I would estimate it at 20-40% loss. Is it easy to replace battery? Are there any compatible replacements? I'm afraid it might need to me replaced after 2-3 years.

Hello I'm having trouble with my left earbud. It does not play any sound but responds to tactile commands. Honestly they were used very little, disappointed. Does anyone have the same thing happen to him or do they know if there is a possibility of repairing themselves? thanks in advance
If you are getting no sound at all, it's most likely some issue with driver. For that they need to go back for repair. If they are still within warranty period, please reach out to your original seller.Hello I'm having trouble with my left earbud. It does not play any sound but responds to tactile commands. Sup, guys. Had anyone tryed them with azla's crystal TWS already? Do they fit in case with them?
Well, got azla crystals for TWS. Their price is a bit high (1/5th of what I've payed for TWS themselves XD), but definitely it's the best eartip set for mtw100 that perfectly fits the case (just as stock ones, earphone don't lose contact with case even with L's) and grants superior fit/seal during wear.

These headphones are great but they are always discharged when I need them. They sit in charging case, and after one week are almost completely discharged while the case is fully charged! I have to take them out and put in again to start charging. Tried factory reset... ehhh
