I just, like an idiot, updated the firmware to the latest version. And now I can no longer get Android File Transfer to work on my Mac. I keep getting the attached message, even when I select "Transfer Files" from the device USB menu. I have rebooted my Mac and the M8 many times.

Also, I see your programmers have still not figured out how to alphabetize: "The Rolling Stone" continues to get listed before "The Beatles." Sacrilege. Will you EVER fix this? It really should not be that difficult and would be much appreciated.

Hi, unfortunately we do not have Mac to troubleshoot this. Would you be able to test it with any other Mac or preferably Windows machine?

Sorting of "The" in our app is unchanged, not sure if or when it would be fixed.

Well, thanks for the reply. Will try to test it. Or just see if I can revert to the previous firmware.

Worked like a charm. Tip much appreciated! Was able to use it to revert back to the prior firmware, which does indeed work with AFT.

What exact problem? With click (that would mean damaged inner button) or with volume (that would be inaccuracy in the potentiometer).

The volume doesn't increase or decrease. The click works perfect. When rotating the wheel, the volume bar shows the volume digits increasing or decreasing but the volume level doesn't change.

A common problem for me, too. About 25% of the times I boot the device, requiring a reboot or two. With all kf the recent FW.

Try reconnecting your headphone. Works for me every time.

I have a problem with my M8, since yesterday I have the black screen so for navigation it’s a real hassle, I put the music on my playlist but impossible to see where I am.

I tried a reset but still the same problem, I would like to know how much it can cost to change the LCD screen when it is no longer guaranteed.
