Wow! I'm really curious how it compares to the 9218P dacs

LG V50 utilizes ES9218P link and LG V60 utilizes ES9219 link. In this year 2020, there is only one device (LG V60) utilizes ES9219. Therefore M3X will be the first DAP which utilizes ES9219C. Some Japanese tried listening via LG V60 and said V60 is better sound quality than LG V50. That's what I know.
By the way, from the M3X (ES9219C) technical specs vs ES9219 technical specs, they are different parameters. I have no idea what letter 'c' stands for.

This is some confusion in naming on side of the ESS. In some early marketing materials and on data sheet, it's missing the C. Now on some places they are starting to list it with C. But it's the same chip.

Hiby R3 Saber is not running Android, so that will be big deciding point for most people.
