You can change it in settings/general/scheduled power off and observe. I bought mine battery on aliexpress, but on previous page Shanling posted link to their partner where you can order battery, I might order from them also as for now tracking from aliexpress not moving at all, it might be long wait.I can't tell, mine turns itself off due to inactivity after a few minutes. Does anyone have the situation that player not charge, just say not charging?
Do you have the player on “Transfer Files” still? I don’t think it charges if that is on.

Is this brand new unit or some years old?
Also, do you experience any other shortening of battery life, apart from the battery indicator showing this after startup?

Can you send us screenshot of this?

The dap was bought 1 year ago. I have tried to reproduce what happened. When I have turned it off, in 24 hours, it has not lost battery charge this time. When I have left it on without using it, it loses 10% in the same 24 hours. I am thinking of doing a factory reset, how can I do it?¿Esta unidad es nueva o tiene algunos años?
Además, ¿experimenta algún otro acortamiento de la duración de la batería, aparte del indicador de batería que muestra esto después del inicio?
¿Puedes enviarnos una captura de pantalla de esto?

10% enegy loss over 24 hours in idle mode - I consider that normal. Your cell phone will be in the same range.
You can actually control what idle mode allows to run. If you turn BT and wifi off you basically run 'airplane' mode and here you should see the least amount of power loss.
Cheers.

10% in 24 hours is actually quite alright for running Android device. The dap was bought 1 year ago. I have tried to reproduce what happened. If you wish to do a factory reset, it's in system settings - Backup & Reset - Factory data reset
