I have no experience of that, but they did refund me with no quibbling when I wanted to cancel an order. I guess that the buyer would have to cover return postage, that seems to be standard practice for Chinese businesses.

So I am contemplating purchasing an M3U, in the UK. I've noticed it's for sale on AliExpress for less that what retails for, here in the UK. However, I've never purchased anything for AliExpress before and don't know if it's trustworthy or not.

Is AliExpress legit for purchases like the M3U and would I be covered under Shanling's warrany, etc?

When purchasing from China, expect that you would need to ship the unit back to China for any warranty. We will also not assist you with it.

Also, we recommend sticking to the bigger Chinese retailers rather than going with random Aliexpress sellers.
