I emailed Shanling to ask about support for some missing / limiting features like no gapless, no play through folders, and the 5800 track limit. They replied that gapless isn't currently being worked on for the M3 but is being worked for future players (TEASER?). FW 2.10 allows play through folders and updating the db with more than 5800 songs.

FYI: I'm getting a review sample for a related product and am going to have the M3 and H3 sent back to me before sending them off to our Canadian brothers. I'll restart the tour after a week or two to give myself time with the M3 and the new product but need to switch up the tour order and will be shipping to @hakushondaimao instead of @Armaegis. Sorry for the last minute change in plans, but such is life

@Armaegis, I promise to be kind to the M&H 3's. But from the sounds of things, it'll be worth your wait to also get the "related product" for a triple threat tour.

Nice review Hisoundfi.

One comment I have is that while Shanling specifies support for 64GB cards, the M3 read my Sandisk 128GB card just fine.
