May i ask why ? I too would rather buy from a reputable source. Something wrong with this seller ?
Doubt you'll have any problems, I bought one from them and they refused to send it because the initial price was 29 gbp lower han they "actually" wanted, they delayed shipping for a couple of days, maybe a week, when I asked if I had understood the situation correctly they cancelled the order and sent a me message saying the supply was sold, but as you can see there's only been one sale. The pulled the article for a few days and now it's back up.
Their "deals are final" doesn't apply whenever it does not benefit them. The unprofessional way they went about it left a bad taste in my mouth. Asked ebay, and they took issue with the sellers conduct, supposedly.
If you ask me, you don't blame your supposed staff and bitch about it to the customer, you take the smaller margin for that sale, break even or loss, pay out of your own pocket, or have those who screw up do it, you thank the customer for their business, and improve the workflow/systems you have in place or at least think about how to improve the process for the business or supposed employees. Instead of looking like an amateur, risking the ire of customers, antagonising yourself to employees and losing face in the review system.
People from Asia really need to stop callig their customers "friend" and try to guilt trip them with presuppositions and being fake, I mean, this guy laid it on real thick.
