How can I adjust volume in Bluetooth mode while the screen is off?

Nm found it :) - volume lock

Any plans to add ReplayGain? It’s a pain to adjust volume while shuffling.

I tested 1more Stylish TWS today, chinese version, and I found no problem with volume? Gettin normal listening volume between 25-35. Both on M0 and M5s no problem at all.

Interesting, thank you for checking. I also have the Chinese version of the 1More Stylish TWS, so perhaps there's a minor issue with either my earbuds or my M0.

Will you have a chance to check with the Sony WF-1000XM3s? My experience pairing those to my M0 has been that the volume is a bit on the soft side, even at maximum volume on the M0.

Still waiting for the Sony.

I got another report of 1more Stylish being too loud with M2X, so will need to look more into it.

I have the 1more Stylish E1026BT-I TWS (the -I seems to indicate the 2nd Generation) and did not encounter any loudness problems but don't know if I tested them with the latest firmware. I can test them, when I come back from a trip in two weeks.

Thanks for sharing your experience! I just checked, and it looks like I've also got the E1026BTI model of the 1More Stylish TWS. For what it's worth, I'm running v3.0 of the Shanling M0 software.

Hey @Shanling, any possibility of adding some audiobooks/podcast features in future updates, such as playback speed and bookmarks?

Thanks!

Please please please add at least bookmarks.
Doesn't need to be super complicated, but we need to be able to save position in more than just current file.

I was pushing for such features to be added from very beginning of M0, yet still waiting for software team to come out with something :frowning2:

Thanks a lot for that! I've actually just bought a shanling m0 over a FiiO M5 especially because of Bluetooth transport and software development. I was amazed by how much feedback from consumers you have already implemented in the software updates, congratulations!

Please let the developers know (again) that there are a considerable amount of consumers wishing that. Audiobooks and podcasts consumption has been growing a lot, and the tiny m0 is the perfect for that!

Cheers,

Totally agree! Several people (me included) have been asking @Shanling for audiobook/podcast support from the very beginning. Frankie has been our champion from day 1, but apparently he has been fighting an up-hill battle... I am still hopeful we'll get it eventually
(and to clarify, when asking for audiobook support - we do not need Audible DRM-protected format. MP3 audiobooks support would be awesome!!)

Does this work as a usb transmitter now? Was there a firmware update to activate is? I thought it was feature that was going to be added in the future?

Yes, M0 works as USB transmitter, since firmware 2.5 http://en.shanling.com/article/108

Does it have an automatic level balancer like iTunes "Sound Check"? If not, is it possible to add one?

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201724

Unfortunately no ReplyGain function at this time.

Hello everyone. First of all, thumbs up for Shanling. It is realy nice to see how customer remarks are taken seriously. For me the best improvement was custom EQ.
I love my M0 and use it a lot.
A while ago, I managed to drop my M0 into the bath tub (yes you all have permission to make fun of me). I was pretty fast removing it, but of course, the water was faster, going into the device.
To my surprise, after letting it "dry" for 48 hours (and ordering a new one) I found out that it was still working! At first the screen showed several images simultaneously, but that soon reversed to normal.
Then I found out that there is a little easter egg in the firmware: when charging, the display shows the battery symbol as usual, but it is swimming in animated water! Complete with little droplets... It really made me laugh.
Conclusion:
1. although I would not call it waterproof, the M0 can survive brief submerging in water. (do not try please)
2. The Shanling team has taken the trouble of specially making an animation of a battery swimming while charging (hilarious)
3. Having your music on an SD card is a blessing. Even if the M0 had died, I would have still been able to retrieve my music. (although having a copy is the best at all times)
