Nice! Thanks for the update.

Can you share how many steps there are in Volume, from minimum to maximum?
And what the maximum output voltage is in Vrms?

100 steps in volume, two different gains, output max 2.0Vrms.

It's SOC, but I think it's on quite different levels to what others are using. Our Sabre has like 4x more power than Clip.

Oh, just meant how Snapdragon or Rockchip CPU SOC I think have integrated audio dac?... didn't realize the audio-in-one chips were also called SOC.

It's SOC, but I think it's on quite different levels to what others are using. Our Sabre has like 4x more power than Clip, can even do native DSD and I would personally say, it has one of the most hiss free outputs on the market. And it felt just right even when using with 5 000 USD IEMs

Also LG V30. But here it's not hold back by any LG settings for high gain, we don't need to deal with Android SRC or with hundreds of other non-audio processes running at the same time.

Yes the Android SRC is a drawback of my V20 :/ @Shanling so have you benchmarked the V30 against the M0?

Does the M0 have digital filter settings for the SABRE DAC like short roll off etc? Happy to do a comparison review with my V20 as I'm quite impressed with what SABRE can do at for small devices and phones.

M0 has 8 digital filters.

Two way bluetooth (SBC and LDAC codec in receiver mode)
Just making sure I understand correctly:
The M0 cannot transmit to Sony headphones that support LDAC, in LDAC mode?

One quick question @Shanling - the LG V20 and V30 have a major problem with this DAC chip. It cannot play back 16-bit, 44 kHz files without re-sampling. How have you circumvented that?

It's the opposite. Android allows you to by-pass the issue by bit-padding. Is that being done in the M0?

Hmm, Android's standard problem is re-sampling into 48 kHz, if LG fixes that, good.

Why do you think the ES9218P DAC is re-sampling?

No, you understand it wrongly.
When M0 acts as source, it can send SBC, aptX and LDAC.
But when receiving from external source, it's only SBC or LDAC.

OK - great!
I think my use case would be:
iPhone --> SBC transmit --> M0 --> aptX or LDAC transmit --> headphones

@Shanling - Please confirm it would work.
