Shanling DAPs user theme

Thank you for the all black theme!! Can we include this as a standard theme as well @Shanling ?

oh.. yes but I'm asking @Shanling if it can included as a standard theme in the updates.. It would be good if there's 3 fixed theme, and 2 more user theme in the option

Which files can I delete to streamline the firmware? e.g. deleting unnecessary languages, skins (themes) etc. I will only need English

Will it break if there's only one theme?

Actually, before I ask the question above, I should ask, will it make a discernible difference to the responsiveness of the UI if the firmware filesize is reduced?

I've been working on a BJJ themed... theme. I'll share once I get back on land and have a respectable internet speed again.

Our advice would be to not delete any parts from firmware. What will happen if you delete something? No idea, we didn't try.

Can I ask, which part of system you find slow, that you would want to speed it up?

I ask because there was a 'slimmed down' version of FW3.0 for M2s uploaded by Vortex (I think) a while back with the Korean and or Japanese fonts or scripts (not sure) removed that made the UI and boot time noticeably faster than stock. I'm not saying that the stock FW is unusably slow or anything but if can be sped up by 'cutting the fat', so to speak... Faster is better.

Having said that, (M2s FW3.1) waking from sleep mode to actually playing is a significant delay - even though the screen comes on very quickly. And pressing 'back' to go into 'File Browser' from 'Now Playing' screen does still make it go into a bit of a panic from time to time. Not as bad or consistent as 3.0 but still there. I'm taking about official 3.0, not Vortex's 'slim' version, here. I'm using a Sandisk 128gb MicroSD.

@Shanling, could I ask if the theme files used for both the M2s and M3s are the same, and if one can just pull the theme off the M2s to use in M3s firmware (just the theme file only, not the other components of the firmware). On inspection of both firmware, this appears to be the case, but I would like to verify just in case.

Also, I managed to create my own M3s theme, thanks for providing the tools @Shanling!
Pics below. Yes, I know some of the colour contrast is bad, but i couldn't find where to change the colour of the line of text/make it look good while being readable.
