Agreed the s:flo is a dog by todays standards, just 2 much that can go wrong.
 
However just had a quick search on that go2tao site and the cube c30 is selling for $35 shipped.  Thats the best price I have seen them at in a long while.  Cracking player, great sound, CLASS A  amp (about on a par with the s:flo and has a much better UI).  So i just picked up another in case mine dies at some point.
 
That and I just bought a studio V and am using the c3 as my main player.

I bought an sflo2 when it first came out from MP4nation. Used it for like a couple of months and has been sitting in its box ever since.

I bricked my Sflo2 trying to update the firmware, I have asked for help fixing it mp4nations forums with no luck.  Anybody here have any ideas?  Or am i just SOL?

reflash using windows xp?
 
i had my t51 bricked long time ago and i reflashed it using an sflo2 firmware and it worked lol... now my t51 is using an sflo2 firmware. it boots up as nationite now

Thanks for the advice it worked, I can now listen to my Sflo2 again!  This is why I love Head-fi!
