High-End Munich is just few days ahead of us... I cannot imagine better place to announce next dynamic flagship or baby Orpheus 2, we will see. CES in not about high end anymore, so great opportunity for sure is High-End Munich.

Interesting. Lastly Sennheiser jumped from labelling HD650 straight to HD800. If now they will call new dynamic flagship HD820, I think it will be just minor update over HD800. Maybe after year or two, HD820S. I'm excited anyway.

The fact it's named the HD820 indicates it will be a dynamic headphone, rather than an electrostatic.

I don't think HD820 will be closed back. Looks like they will have bigger opening grill on outside of the ear cup.
