Will forward these suggestions onward
Hello ericpalonen
Yep they removed Sidetone on the 3s for some reason and would be a good feature to have back . But I think it should be implemented differently compared to the 2s. Instead of a setting in the app on or off it should be built into the transparency mode as well and only
Works in certain conditions .eg
When music is playing tap transparency mode on bud = pauses music and turns on the hearing for mics. This already works as we know. .
But this is how sidetone should work when your on a phone call
A few features would like to see added and improved are
1. Again press the mode for transparency on the bud but this time all it does is activates side tone when your actually on a call and the user can decide if they want it on or off with a tap when on a call
I think that world work better than having it on or off all the time and entering the app to decide like that did on the 2s.
2. The 3s are blowing my mind these are very good sound wise and the ANC I think is just as good as the Sonys but they need another option of always on ANC and not just adaptive. sometimes I don’t listen to music and use it to stop hearing people and I can hear the ANC moving up and down and not keen on it.
3. The mics still are way to sensitive to air movement and you don’t get this on phone calls believe it or not but when listen to music they sent good for it. They need to try and make that better.
4. Also need a battery percentage on the apple indicator or add it to the app not good keep opening and closing the lid to see what the battery level is
5. Also they need to turn of the lee when fully charged I don’t know why the case led stays on all the time when fully charged
6. Need to add some sort of auto connecting sorting in the app as they always try to connect to my 2s first and I have to manually pick the 3s. Maybe a user option to pick there main headset.
6. App is very buggy seems slow and seems to make My iPhone hot. Needs improved.
7. This is a huge one that needs to be addressed quickly is the volume up and down it’s way way way to much of a jump between adjustments
On my iPhone from 0 to 100 percent volume is 6 steps that’s no where near enough adjustments it jumps way to much it needs I would say 20 steps I nearly blew my ear drum out because the volume was low and needed a little more but jumped something like 20% and nearly blew my ear drum. They need to address this asap as 6 steps needs to be changed to 20 steps meaning 5% volume increases per step not 20%. Have to revert back to my phone as on now.
@ ericpalonen I noticed you have your transparency in your images the same level as me lol strange that. I had to move it up some as well about 80 percent. Can you forward these ideas to Sennheiser if that’s possible thanks.
To people who exercise these are the best I have had. I noticed with the Sony xm4 every time my foot hit the flow when running you got very bad vibration into the ear how do Sony call these good for sports I never know as there the worst I have had for this.
The tm2s are much better and reducing this but it’s still there but not as bad as the Sonys. Now the 3s have the wing tip things and it nearly stops it altogether and if having music on you just to get that thud anymore when running I hated this on the Sonys and was manageable on the 2s but the 3s are excellent for this. Not to sure on other activities but excellent for running.
