Do these sound much better than the Apple AirPods Pro and Sony WF-1000XM3?
To me personally, they sound clearly better than the AirPods Pro and also better than the XM4. Cannot speak for the XM3 as I've never heard or used them.Do these sound much better than the Apple AirPods Pro and Sony WF-1000XM3?

I find them to be a great fit; the new shape and ear fins lock them in. With all in-ear couplings it takes some experimentation but seemed to balance stability and minimalism well. Of course, for intense exercise, the Sennheiser Sport True Wireless is the best for the application; more water resistance, twist-to-fit fins, and a related tuning to MTW3.Good. I hope the fit is also much better as both the Apple Airpods Pro and Sony WF-1000MX3 don’t stay in my ears while excercising.

Tap+hold to raise/lower volume has proven to be the most efficient way to adjust levels as volume adjustments are rarely just 1 increment. Imagine needing to raise the volume 5 steps using the 3x tap gesture (15 total taps in one direction); if you miss a tap you're activating a track fwd (R) or back (L) or rejecting a call. If you use the wrong earbud to raise and actually lower it, you have to correct in the other direction with an extra 3 taps (18 taps!). Good suggestion about priority!Would it be possible to add volume up/down as an option for the 3 tap touch gesture?
Also it would be wonderful if the connection management had an option to sett priority connection!

Welcome to the #MTW3Club ! Correct—as it turns out they do not have the Airpod's spatial audio feature.I got them yesterday. They sound much better than my Apple AirPods Pro while costing the same.
Based on my first impression, it is more secure in my ears so it will probably not drop out of my ears if I exercise today. If it stays in my ears, then it was definitely worth the upgrade.
I guess these IEM's / Earbuds don't support spatial audio?

Yea, its just a personal preference, I almost never do big volume changes when using earbuds, but I do small changes quite often since various tracks can differ a tiny bit with volume.Tap+hold to raise/lower volume has proven to be the most efficient way to adjust levels as volume adjustments are rarely just 1 increment. I've heard this a few times now. The hinge is similar to MTW2, however the case is overall smaller and it is packed with a Qi coil, so it may simply feel more substantial. I'll side-by-side them a little later and see if I can identify any other differences.Out of curiosity, did Sennheiser put much extra emphasis on the hinge for the case? In my view its the most sturdy feeling hinge of any TWS that I've tried.
