Found the PDF leaflet for M3AEBTXL
Meaning Momentum 3 Around Ears Bluetooth XL
So if there will be an XL version that would be GREAT! :)

The headband isn't split like on M2. But the padding looks split, suggesting the padding isn't that great. Let's hope it isn't so.

Looks great. Other than the exposed wires, which I’m surprised aren’t integrated into the design considering how modern it looks otherwise. They replaced the steel with aluminum and it looks like they added venting for the bass and maybe a larger soundstage.

My predictions for Momentum 3.0:

- Wireless only, no wired versions (can still be listened to via 3.5mm/USB)

- AAC and aptX HD codec support at a minimum

- Localized EQ

- Option to disable ANC

Momentum 2.0 had one of the best sound signatures I’ve heard with phenomenal sub-bass and clarity in the mids, but was let down by a sub-par wireless mode.

Perfect timing for me as both the battery and buttons have taken a hit for the worse. Looks like they could've taken the headband padding a step further, but hopefully it's an improvement.

Those earcups look bigger to me, just judging visually, compared to the previous model, which I have. Also, it looks like now they support AAC in addition to aptX. If memory serves, they did not support AAC before, so iOS users were stuck with SBC. I'm surprised they are not supporting aptX HD, though.
Yes they look bigger, especially the top and bottom arch is wider, I'm not planning to replace my M2 if they won't release a cheaper wired-only model, but I might buy the new ear-pads at some point for my M2.

Yep, the M2s do not support AAC. The good thing though, is they have multi-point, so I use them to stream from my Galaxy s8 (aptX) while also connected to my main phone (iPhone Xs Max) for calls.

The M3s look promising, but wonder if they still support multi-point.
