JJ, meet the guys.  Guys meet johnjen.

He's one of my bestest friends in the world. We've spent a good bit of time on the back of motorcycles roaming around and sleeping in tents.

Saddly, he got interested in headphones too, and I'm a bit of an enabler for him.  Shame ... shame ... shame on me.

Good to see you here, John.  :thumb

Two hobbies I've spent plenty of time enjoying. Welcome johnjen!

Say there everyone.

Yes its sad to say I've got these addictions, as in multiples of them
audio (in multiple ways and from multiple directions)
computers (Macs PC's  etc)
motorcycles (I'm a mod on a popular M/C forum)
electronics (it started out at an early age with heathkits)
tea (as in chinese, the really good stuff)

I could go on and on but those are the ones I'm willing to admit to on a public forum…

And yes its true it's all Tyll's fault, well mostly sort of…  But he is THE ENABLER sorta like THE PUNISHER only it sounds better but costs ME money.  Oh the horror…

ps ok so now that you've got me started here Tyll NOW what do I do?

The pieces in the pic above are the mail, he should see them on Monday or Tuesday.

Tyll just use some double sided sticky tape for the rings, the triangulated pieces are a 'friction fit'.  Both pieces are easily removable.

And since the stuff I'm using isn't as dense as the melamine perhaps someone will be willing to 'donate' a set or 2 to see if there is any measurable or discernible differences between these 2 different foams…

And of course I'd be willing reciprocate with a customized set of my hand made AudioFoam Inserts™®©

I know, I know, it's a curse this curiosity…

ps The native smilie list is somewhat lacking, I'm used to many, many more where I come from…
