You may want to remove those temperature-sensitive wooden objects from your space heater, I mean, headphone ampAlright, let's get the party started. I mean burn-in.
Don't you worry, this was only after unboxing to take a quick picture with nothing plugged in. This is not where and how they will live. You may want to remove those temperature-sensitive wooden objects from your space heater, I mean, headphone amp
It's faster then I expected so my excitement level is high but I'm still in patient mode.Add a week or two to get settled..

Oooffff, unfortunate, an amp that's not a good pairing for my Focal Clear OGs it's an automatic no no, have to keep looking then.It was not a good pairing in my experience.

Well I just received my MJ3 today. I haven't had much time to listen I got it set up earlier today and only had about a half hour to play with it.
First thing I did was hook it up to my LCD 5 and give it a quick listen with a jazz CD.
First thing I noticed is how much power it has I'm using balanced output only but in high gain I'm at 12:00.
The next thing I did was try it out as a speaker preamp for my desktop system which is kind of ridiculous I have two 12-in subwoofers and Focal solo six be monitors. I was using Jot2 as a preamp but MJ3 has changed everything I can't believe how good it sounds now. Much wider soundstage much more prominent bass, much better center fill.
Anyway l will write more when I get some more impressions in the coming days and weeks.
So far I'm pretty happy Even though it does hum a little bit I knew that going in.

Does mj3 pairs well with focal celestee?
I can not feel or hear any vibration or hum what so ever from the chokes on my M3. None. BTW the synergy with the Meze Elites is incredible. Just beautiful.
This support for the amp works really well. Also the amp and dac are running nice and cool. Sounds so damned awesome, everything I have been searching for in musical reproduction for many years.

Can you share a link for that support? I’m looking to get something similar

Here ya go mate! It is actually a subwoofer stand, but works perfect for the M3. Amp does not move at all. Moves the amp up off the dac nicely, looks pretty cool too. Great airflow around both. No toastiness here!
