Late to the party on this one, but no. For me it was the French teacher. When she left, I quit french class. Very shallow, I know,
Not shallow, but normal ~~

She’s a cutie for sureI don't have a cat, but I do have a granddaughter. Gwennie turned 1 last week.
Bavarian except for no weisswurst. The picture I posted is more of a Bavarian style breakfast.
We were out in the GDR "boonies" and had some farm folks working with us. One guy would bring home-made liverwurst in three varieties: original, onion and blood. All were okay. That should be grobe Leberwurst (chunky liverwurst) to the right of the tomatoes, yes. Unsure about what the one to the left of the tomatoes is. Could be Teewurst (tea sausage spread), but the color doesn't really fit. Could also be Obatzda (a Bavarian soft cheese spread).
I'm really not a fan of blood sausage. I think I can count all the people I know who actually do like it on just one hand. The picture I posted is more of a Bavarian style breakfast. Blood sausage is more of a Baden-Württemberg and Rhineland thing.
Try this little gem:Wow, I really enjoyed this! An awesome percussion display that really showed off what an Yggy brings to the table. Tracks 1,3,5,6,8,10 just outstanding - so many favorites.
Welcome to Head-Fi. There is audio discussed here, once we finish our haxe of the day ...I’m a 30 year Brit expat who retired from Siemens in Houston nearly 3 years ago - these posts are making me miss visits to the Altstadt in Düsseldorf and drinking Altbier in Uerige with the waiters marking your beer mat everytime they delivered one - then on to Zum Schiffchen for Schweinhaxe.
Yeah ... Rowan's is kinda like the bargain version of EH Taylor. It's about $15 cheaper here in TN.I had a chance to try the Rowan’s Creek bourbon last night that @RCBinTN recommended. It began with a slight sweetness like caramel and vanilla, a smooth taste with no harshness. The finish lacked the depth of flavor I am used to and with age posted on the label I suspected a fairly recent batch. Overall a fine bourbon and a bargain at the $43-$50 price. My wife liked it as well but kept asking where the EH Taylor was.
Spyrogyra was the quintessential "elevator" jazz band from Buffalo, NY.
I have Morning Dance on a Nautilus 'Super Disc' lp. Might have to dig that one out and give it a spin today.Spyrogyra was the quintessential "elevator" jazz ban from Buffalo, NY.
Grew up with Jay Beckenstein's Sax in my head...
Went to see them 5 times live...
Kids hated them...old guy stuff..they were into U2 back then and all the skate rats music...yuck!! LOL!
I have ALL there CD's!
Many great tunes that are very well done...some cds are indeed better recorded than others but tons
of great stuff....Dave Sameuls on the vibes etc..
Great musicians often came in and out of this great group...
