ACA9B086-6048-43D4-BF53-44A6394F2CE9.jpeg@Pondoro I mentioned a couple times where I live, were you wanting to come over as we work our way through 6sn7 equivalents?

Oh and this is the ABBA museum in Stockholm. My son was never a fan but he did visit it while in Sweden.😀 Not a big place, the black flag helps identify it.

A great amp by all accounts. I am hoping to one day have one of my amps compared to the Elise but often my loaners do not get very far before someone wants to buy it and I have to start again.
I am very intrigued with the design of the Dragon Inspire amp, would have purchased if I found it used before an Elise. The Elise does sound fantastic with the NOS Ken-Rad tubes I found for it, no regrets other than the typical OTL limited headphone compatibility.

Ken-Rad, especially the black glass are fairly well respected. I have plenty of other amps besides OTL to make use of other headphones, a Mjolnir for one. I prefer tube amps and own some solid state amps that rarely get much playing time.

I always enjoyed Richard Roxburgh in Rake, a fun series from a few years back.
That was a great series. Kind of an Aussie soap opera. If anyone were to partake in a drinking game where one takes a shot anytime Cleave swears, I'm sure it wouldn't end well. :cocktail::cocktail:

Sorry for the brief profanity.

I have known of people who tried to keep up with white russians in The Big Lebowski, some never saw the end of the movie.

He's also in a series set on the Queensland coast. "East of Everything". Not as outrageous, but not bad.

ooops. Why did she have to leave the room?
The humor hit too close to home? It's not that funny when that's your day? Something along those lines.

If you have been wanting a Loki, there are 7 B Stock silver Loki Mini + (115V) in current deals
the black b-stock Loki Mini+ units went pretty fast. I presume you snagged at least one (if not all) of them

for those overseas and not wanting to wait 6-8 weeks backorder, the conversion to 230V operation is simple, just order a 230V wall wart at the same time.

Many of my friends worked, and now their children work, in the public education system. I passed it on, so far they all responded. "Yep"

My wife had to leave the room. Was not amused.

I thought it was hilarious.
I finally watched the video. The math teacher missed an opportunity: $2000 + $2000 = $20,002,000.

Notice, she's not wrong, just not optimal.

[edit] Oops, looks like @Dana Reed got there first...

It occurs to me though, the people being made fun of in that video wouldn't have understood that answer... A bit like there being 10 people who understand binary.
