With your initials one would expect you could resurrect any dead link.Yes, it's here too. I clicked on the link for Chapter 9: Skipping a Generation but the link doesn't work.

I got myself a super duper golden ears highest end Ground Box.
Filled with exotic crystals and dark earth.
Pinned it on the Ragnarok Pre-Out L.
Unbelievable....
Depth of field, staging, reversed focal effect, being with the music!!!!
Just as it already did without that box of snake oil.

So can any USB 2.0 compliant cable be effectively used with Eitr or is it still advisable to use one with a decent gauge of wire and double shielding? I literally haven't bought a USB cable for years so am completely out of touch! The 1.6ft (0.5m) Belkin Pro Series USB 2.0 cable (see page 2 of USB2_Cables.pdf) I bought for my Bifrost is no longer made, but a quick search has found me these two options from Lindy:
https://www.lindy.co.uk/cables-adapters-c1/usb-c449/0-5m-usb-2-0-cable-type-a-to-b-black-p9481
https://www.lindy.co.uk/cables-adapters-c1/usb-c449/0-5m-cromo-usb-2-0-type-a-to-b-cable-p6859
Would either of these be suitable? (If not then suggestions for alternatives are welcomed!)
I assume you're ordering an Eitr. If Schiit over on that side of the pond carries Schiit Pyst usb cables just order one with it and have it all come at once. They only come in 1meter length though. So can any USB 2.0 compliant cable be effectively used with Eitr or is it still advisable to use one with a decent gauge of wire and double shielding? I guess if you were to ask @Jason Stoddard he might suggest 'any' compliant cable (per a recent post) ... the EITR is ambivalent about what is in front of it ... but some of us, having spent some €00's on equipment, might prefer to see a better built cable. I got a 'good' (reasonable ?) quality cable for €29 and it all sounds fine to me and kinda looks the part ... your experience may be different.
The Sciit site shows that Eitr is USB 2.0 but is compatible with USB 3.0/3.1. There a picture of Eitr back side showing the type of USB cable termination you will need on Eitr end.The cables you are looking at should be fine, but maybe a little short. Others I'm sure can advise you on that.

There's a good reason Apple has moisture telltales in their phones and tablets. "Hey Apple, I dropped my $700 phone in the toilet, let me buy a new one," is probably a lot less common than. "Hey, it just stopped working, give me a free replacement."
