No filters on his still! Geez…
Why would you filter out essential nutrients, like lead? Obviously a bunch of moonshine neophytes around here.

Well, to keep the crunchy bits to a minimum to save the one or two remaining teeth of the imbiber. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: Yeah, those chunks could be there to gnaw on like a dog does with a bone, but they could be hard on the gums. The in-solution "nutrients" should be more than adequate to maintain one's recommended daily allowance of heavy metals.

Actually, I think the 1 guy singer you never see with the others is the only Ukrainian, and he has been posting on Facebook during the war. The others in the studio are Russian.

And to get back on track for Chicago: I listened to Feeling Stronger Every Day every day my wife was pregnant with my now 7 year old twins. :gs1000smile:
Nice - mine recently turned 7 too!

In science fiction, the "Singularity" has been called "Rapure of the Nerds." Formal announcement of the Schiitrmeet on Monday. Hope you can join us on Thursday for a listen.

You know you don’t have to warn us of new announcements. We’re always ready to hear about new stuff.

Speaking of I CAN'T HEAR YOU! and debut albums…

Very far up in my own list of strong first outings is Guano Apes' "Proud Like a God."

I mean, the very fist track on their very first album is this headbanger:

Then, three tracks later, comes this quiet little lilt, which—no big deal—instantly became the battle cry for an entire subculture:

And unlike most stuff that came out in the 90s, the album still holds up 25 years later, including some really nice power ballads and an overall stellar-for-the-genre sound quality and mix.

No need, mine are powered by a V8 small block. But gas' just so damned expensive these days…
LOL! I'm still using old-fashioned turbines powered by excess steam from the still's boiler. A bit warm at times, but free.
