Check out Leonid and Friends on YouTube for what Chicago would sound like in modern times. Those guys got me back into my high school Chicago tunes.

Some of the slightly slured lyrics are funny, given English is a 2nd language. But these guys rock it.
+1. They are mostly Ukrainian musicians and they have done a number of tours including the US. IIRC, Chicago the band has endorsed their covers enthusiastically.

I just knew I would learn a new word or two when I mentioned you might help. A surfactant it is.

Some of the records or so bad I finally went with a DJ cartridge and needle for initial testing lol. It is made by Ortofon and may save wear and tear on other styli.

"What is yer quest?!"

"To seek the Technics SL-P10".

That's an excellent album. This is my personal favorite...live recording in a 2 LP set. The recording quality is absolutely superb, and eclipses the CD and streaming versions by a considerable margin (although the CD is still very good).

Well, Dawn is technically a surfactant, so there you go. Should probably be followed with a rinse step though.

When you're ready for the filter system parts list, let me know. 🤣 🤣

you'll be able to get a sneak peek (listen) of what we're calling "Singularity™."
A Singularity refers to a black hole in astrophysics, so what you're saying is people will not be able to see *it,* but they will be able to see the energy corona around it as it sucks all the light out of the room. Talk about Schiit hot. Or perhaps you are using the term as in theoretical mathematics, meaning that the normal laws do not apply? As in a D/S DAC that is inverse-ass-sounding? :) I look forward to reports from attendees.

What have got against left handed people...?
They make rlly good left handed nibs nowadays. But if you write in the “hook” position, you might get a bit inky.

Unfortunately my original copy was in terrible shape so I need to look for another. College days and roommates can play havoc on some records. :beerchug:

A truly wonderful album and what a voice. My wife treated me to seeing him in live Detroit. Worth the 7 hour drive.
