Takstar Hi2050 might have a very slightly audio quality advantage.
But I've never listed to the HD-681, so I'm just "guessing".
But I would say the Takstar Pro 80s would beat the others for audio quality (maybe a little).

You dont know about samson sr850? The takstar pro80 is better than hi2050?

I own the SR850s, I was lucky enough to get AKG's Velour ear pads for them for $25 (normally $46).
You can get geneic Velour ear pads off eBay for around $16
The Takstar Pro 80 (closed) headphone does sound a little better then the Hi2050 (open headphones).
I never use the Hi2050 or SR850s anymore, but I liked to use the Pro 80s for when I'm not at home and using someone else's computer.
Last month I ended up giving my Pro 80s to my grandfather's care taker.

For me personally, I do prefer the Pro 80s audio quality over the SR850s.
I actually bought the Gemini HSR-1000s, which I've always assumed are just relabeled Takstar Pro 80s.
The Takstar Pro 80s are sold under several different names.

I think the Pro 80 (HSR-1000) is in general good over all sound (bass is balanced with mids and treble), I'll use them for music, and movies, have not tried them for gaming.

I understand. I will search slightly over the pro80 in relative to superlux hd681.. already you mentioned which the pro80 is better than samson850 and hi2050 and you dont know about superlux hd681.. thanks for help!

You can tell me what is the main difference among both? My main use is for films and musics, expecialmente with bass. I've been searching, pro 80 is closed, like you say, which implies more bass, and sound more clean, what would be best for my use for films. This difference realy worth $30? Your reply will be of great help for me to finally decide among the two! Thank you!

I haven't personally heard the Pro 80, but my guess is they aren't the best for gaming since they're closed and have a smaller soundstage.

I have no experience with Pro80, but I do own the 2050 and several Superlux/Samson headphones.
To my ears and my music of choice the 2050's are not as sonically competent as the Superluxes are.
Resolution is lower, spatial presentation and accuracy are (much) lower.
Tonally the Takstars might be more appealing, as they present a more pronounces U shaped/loudness type of response.
Samson SR850 has a more "matter-of-fact" balance, with a hyped up treble.
 
The thing is Samsons and Superluxes can be EQ-ed to a more pleasing tonal balance and they retain (maybe even improve) the rest of their qualities - detail and spatial accuracy.
The Takstar 2050 does not improve much with EQ. I've found it a bit more pleasing with lowered treble, but there is a certain "honkyness" and plastic timbre to it's sound which never goes away (especially on acoustic instruments). The tone is not that bad, and from what I've read the Pro80 are a bit more balanced in this regard (though I might be wrong).
What puts me off from ever using these headphones for serious listening is the 3 blob spatial rendering with rather diffuse and vague image specificity. In that regard they sound quite cheap to me and can't stand them for long.
What I can praise about them is the comfort and the quality of the pads.
 
This is a personal view, YMMV, so take it with a grain of salt.
My 2050's ended up as an "organ donor" to a Superlux headphone. I am using the Takstar velour pads on the HD668B and quite pleased with the comfort and sound (vs. AKG velours).
