Anybody found a good solution for carrying RS-1's around? Thx.

Not in the habit of carrying mine around much, but try a camera shop, they generally have a pretty decent selection of hard cases with pluck-out foam inserts.

I used that case for my MS-1's and I'm sure it would fit the RS-1's (same size / design right?) It's not hard as a rock, but it's got a good bit of reinforcement and it will keep them safe from most things (it might not help if you step on it or something). I thought it was a great case and I'll probably get another one now that I have some more Grados. Also, you can post a WTB ad here rather than purchasing on ebay and get it cheaper probably. $15~$20 shipped through here.

I remember reading here that the bcase isn't suited for the RS-1 as this ones' cups are deeper than the rest of the grado/alessandro line-up

so try before you buy or see if you can get some replies from ppl that have actually used the bcase with the RS-1

The RS-1 don't fit in that one. My SR 255 do and I bought it for them, but RS-1's are deeper as Televator said.

i use a priority mail shipping box # 0196S. free at the post office. i cut a hole in the bottom & drop the cable through & warp it around the box. i use it in my flight bag or suitcase & it works well for my purposes. it is the best i have found so far & is rugged enough for a back pack.
