Good enough, hopefully it’s more comfortable and has bigger drivers.

All Rosson needs to do is make a better and more comfortable headband system and reduce the clamp force. Most people rave about their sound quality.

To me, the ‘bad unit’ or ‘inter-unit variation’ explanations seem like cop-outs, although you hear them frequently. I believe it’s more likely due to differences between our systems, hearing and preferences. (I’ve seen similar discussions in Heddphones and Ether 2 threads.)

No, just found that they were ‘too close’ to other cans I own. I ended up ‘swapping’ them for a Hedd. Ironic because I had sold Empyrean soon after I got my RAD-0 because they were ‘too far’ from my preferred sound sig. And even more ironic that I sold them back to the guy I bought them from.

That is soooo strange. Did he make profit when he bought it back? I mean you he could have sold it to you high and bought it low again.

My RAD-0 isn't going anywhere, I tried a mod from the other site and it opens up the soundstage; and they are so easy to drive. They sound otherworldly with my WA5, but also are fantastic with my @Whitigir modified DX220 amp 8.
