Rosson offers replacement pads on their website. I believe that an adhesive ring is provided with the pads...I have not seen any Dekoni or other aftermarket replacement pads (yet?)...Anyone know how do we change earpads for our Rad0?

I think so. The pads were previously under "accessories".

Who is your reseller in Hong Kong?Hi everyone. My name is Brian, and I'm on the Rosson team. Just wanted to pop in and say thanks for the discussion. If you have any specific questions I'm happy to help!

I love these headphones and I’ve now stopped looking for open backs for home use. Now I’m just looking for a closed back to use when I go back to work in an office
Couple of questions:
Is the RAD-0 going to be featured in any upcoming CamJam?
What portable amp do you all use for this headphone?
After you place a custom order, how much do the engineers and such talk to you all before finalizing stuff?
I am eyeing this headphone for the future because it looks right up my ally and I don't think I'll be going after any more headphones if these satisfy me.

Having owned the RAD-0 for over a year now, I've now come to the conclusion that the frequently mentioned headband comfort issue can be resolved by paying more attention wearing the headphones.
The trick is to tilt the headband back and forth, making sure the headband foam pad would rest level/parallel to the top of head. One can check this by running fingers across the foam pad after putting on the RAD-0, to "feel" if the foam pad is being compressed squarely/evenly, not at any other angle (not compressed trapezoidally) to the head to create hotspot.
With the foam pad perfectly aligned, I find the RAD-0 is as comfortable (or tolerable) as my LCD-XC with the strap style headband.
There is one advantage of the RAD-0 minimal headband foam design: it is much less "destructive" to one's hair do.

For those of you with multiple TOTL headphones, what would say is a good compliment pair of headphones to the Rad-0 sound signature wise? I’m open to open back or closed back, and the headphones that pique my interest are controversial things like the Ether 2, Empyrean and Z1R. I had a pair of ZMF Verite Closed, and though they were lovely and super enjoyable, I found them too close in sound to the Rad-0 and wanted to allocate resources to something more distinct/different from the Rad-0. In terms of DAC/amp synergy, I’ll be keeping the Pendant and Bifrost 2, selling the Mjolnir 2 and picking up a GS-X Mini.

I would suggest the ADX5000, or the AWKT for closed back. The audio technica would give you more high frequency "airness" comparing to the RAD-0. Both have good enough bass and dynamics.
If gentleness are what you are after, the HE1000SE is a good option.
