New Head-Fier

Good to hear. I wonder how they compare to the Acoustic Research. They aren’t Audeze heavy and won’t slide off. It’s little more clamp force but HE1000 comfortable.
Unfortunately, this graph doesn't really tell us that much, because it looks like it has had a compensation curve applied to it. A FR graph with the raw response is what you want.I emailed info@rosson.audio and asked for a FR graph they emailed back pretty quick and here it is.

Also, I hope the starting dBSPL level for these is not correct. Because if it is, it would mean that these headphones are only 81 dB/mW, making them even harder to drive than the infamous HiFiMAN HE-6 and Susvara, which are rated at only 83 dB/mW and requires a minimum of 1-2 Watts just to wake them up!![]()
Unsmoothed just means that the tiny peaks and dips (which are usually just fractions of a dB each) of the FR measurement haven’t been removed or ‘smoothed over’.
What a big improvement with the XLR cable Rosson audio made for me. They should offer this as an option.
i assume not many heard it, but would like more detailed comparisonsThe Rad has great low end, mid bass is good. Mid range and higher seems Neutral.

to be honest i am bit surprised for lack of info, as it was at canjam i assume, i thought lot of people would give some impressions but apparently notMe too. Would like to know how they stack up to Audeze.
