Still getting a panic error every so often. But it auto reboots and gets on with it.

I turned off the voice on all options but it's still present on simple EQ setting as Marvin the depressed robot. Good job my music is up beat ;o)

Easy fix, just take the USA voice file and have it append "innit" to every sentence.

I am suffering from Stkov Dircache, but was also getting it constantly on the previous build of RB. Perhaps I will try a fresh install and see if it persists

Turn off Directory Cache (General Settings - System - Disk - Directory Cache), and that should take care of the *PANIC* stkov dircache errors.

No. just apply a full one and overwrite all files or delete the .rockbox folder from sd card and write new from full zip

Thanks XVortex. Installed and it all works. It didn't default to having the english voice - but I added the depressed robot back in and it works!

Hmm, I just disable the directory cache,
Go to System->Disk->Directory Cache, select no.

I like to re-compile on my own, so I have the back and option buttons swapped (mirroring the functionality of the OEM firmware), and test ther things.
