Riviera AIC-10 headphones & speakers amplifier

Thank you for this, very useful. I'll try to see if I can get either of these two cables at least for the Power Plant and the Riviera. Would you recommend I also use them for the rest of my gear? Or can I get away with cheaper cables like the Puritan Ultimates for my DAC, switch, clock etc?
Just browsing this thread and not an owner of the Riviera but with (too much?!) experience of Shunyata PC. There is a big difference between v1 and v2 because they moved away from pure copper for the v2:s

One cord from the v1 series that IMHO works very well with tube amps is the Sigma. In comparison with the v2 it’s actually also ”slightly warmer and more bloomy”. Good luck!

I’m sure the combination of APL-10 preamp and AFC-10 amp will sound better than our integrated AIC-10. Question is how big would be that improvement and how good is Riviera at making preamps.

Also, how would that compare to levante or even dual afm25s

The Mullard tube has arrived. After half an hour of listening buttery icecream comes to my mind, in a good way though. It is still too early for me to say anything meaningful about the sound signature, in comparison to my Tesla tube.
But it was an unpleasant surprise for me to pay more than 50€ for import duties at the post office today. That is more than 25% of the product value 😶 Brexit sure sucks. If I ever meet Nigel Farage in person I’ll make this clear to him… 😡
