i tried el84m on my p100. looks like they're on but i got no volume. i couldn't find too much infomation on this el84m. anybody knows? all i know is this last longer than regular el84.

The new improved Yarland P100 have arrived.I got the first one and Skylab is going to do a review of it later.It's packed with alot of hardware this time and much better than the original one.It also has two extra three prong AC outlets on the back.I guess it's used to plug different equipment into to it.No set price as of now.

hey Fairbanks so have you tried el84m? i probably going to get some el84, no m, later just to make sure it's the el84m, not the amp

I havn't tried any of the EL84m tubes but have alot alot of NOS EL84's such as Telefunken,Mullard and Amperex.

In the USA you can get the Yarland from the US distributor/importer, Sound & Vision, STO Sound & Vision

But the amp is made in China, so Steve, since you live in Hong Kong, surely there is some way to get the 220V version fairly cheap???

BTW I will be in your fair city again in a few weeks - always fun to visit HK.
