Scrap that! I'm back to default... Covers more bases as is. After two years of sound and soul searching I am back to listening mostly to this. Thank God I haven't spent that much so far. And thank God I got two mmcx pairs when they were available on eBay. Set. Music. Go.

me. :p i have pair or two i never ended up recabling. official mh1c. no package though but tips and iem... I'm willing to sell you a set if you're interested. send me a pm. i can post them on the for sale section. they've been in a plastic bin safe and unused.

Just purchased a pair of these but have to press the button in for proper sound. Had a quick search of the thread but can't find this:

Can we "fix" the remote so the button is always pressed? Better can we remove the remote entirely and have it sound good? Quality is awesome though, very clean and balanced stage.

recable, you can get rid of the mic aswell as upgrading the cable quality sir

Thank you but I'm not at that point of headphonery yet. Still a novice when it comes to my nerding :o2smile:

That and I actually like the look of the flat cables, just wondering if we can totally remove the remote or use them without an adapter by mod?

i can't do it by myself so i pay, but it worth 🙏
maybe someone here know the wiring diagram for it?

if you don't recable them the cheapest way I have done it is to wrap a zip tie around the remote section and tighten it over the button make sure the biggest part of the zip tie is on the button so it presses it when tightened. you could put something between them if it helps ..
