Can anyone suggest a good microusb cable to use with the QP1R? (A rankie cable was recommended further up the thread, but that model appears to be out of stock.)

I recently bought a QP1R, but the cable that came with it loses the connection easily, and the other cables that I have lying around (anker, mostly) don't sit well. I'm hoping that a different cable takes care of the problem.

This one works very well.

I took an extended break from my Shure SE846s while on an over-the-ear binge. The SE846s with the Questyle QP1R just blew me away. Glad to have them reintroduced to my ears!

To use the QP1R as a player is like you have a Dap+ 700-800  upgrade cable ,because its detail, dynamic, clarity and soundstage (eventhough the width can be improved). However, watch out when you pair it with some bright iems, QP1R is one of the most revealing dap in the market, this can make the system sound too bright . Enjoy your time

Still trying to find someone who has done some critical listening A-B comparing LPG to QP1R. Forget about user interface as the scroll wheel is not a big deal as the QP1R has the advance haptic buttons, both have enough storage, and both have very high SQ. I am sure that price/performance ratio is better for QP1R but is there a real jump in SQ with thE LPG and us the Diana version powerful enough to drive the HEKV2 without another amp? I am looking for the widest, tallest, out of head sound stage, clean authoritative bass impact and best shimmer with longest decay for treble without sibilence and the blackest, quietest background when music playing. Hiss without music doesn't bother me with IEMs.

What filters or Knowles Dampers are you currently using with your SE846?

Is there an easy way to buy these already made for us less handy users?

Unfortunately, no, however you can PM my good friend csglinux, and he should still have some Knowles Dampers tubing for you. I would say the Knowles Dampers are worth it to try out!
