Please see the first post in this thread for a list of people we believe to be attending at this point.
 
So that Brasewel has some idea of a firm headcount, please respond to this thread confirming attendance. If you would like to be added or removed, you can also reply to this thread. 
 
Also, when you confirm, please list equipment (again, for some of you). We have some new people on the list, and I know some others have changed their equipment since the initial commitment. 
 
I will not be able to update this thread again until tomorrow evening, but expect to see updates here by midnight tomorrow, Thursday.

Yes I want to participate and come with my pickup truck.
I will bring:
FURNITURE:
Two  30” x 6’ folding tables (heavy+sturdy) good for 3 placements    = 6places
One 3’ x 5’ folding table (heavy+sturdy) good for 3 placements    =3places    
Three 2’ x 4’ light camping folding tables good for 2 placements    =6places
One card table light, folding good for 2 placements            =2places

                                TOTAL    17places

Four steel folding chairs                            =4places
Four wood light folding chairs                        =4places
Four various folding chairs                            =4places
Three wood/aluminum garden armchairs                    =3places
Two wood regular chairs (if enough space left on the truck)        =2places
                                TOTAL          17 seats

So we might need more, but this comes for free and might be the limit for my truck.
I will also get enough plastic table cloth – the tables are not new and need covers. I wipe down the furniture before bringing it.

New DIY tube SE HP-amp I researched and developed since June 2011
    Balanced XLR inputs and unbalanced RCA type input.
    Output good for 36 to 600 ohm (proofing this weekend)
    Transformer input+ output; DC heater and current source high voltage supply.
Breadboard version of above, if above does not perform as expected
AKG K-240 600 ohm cans
FOSTEX T50RP (modded somewhat (seems a never ending story))
KOSS KSC75 maverick modded

PC laptop with some music on it + Sound Forge Sonic Studio
    Plus EMU 0404 USB interface (includes a HP output)

Some CDs – my preference is Classic (baroque), Blues (some), Rock (some)

Sorry to reply late.  I had completely forgotten about this thread.  I'm still in & you've still got a ride with me.  
 
Oh, and I'm bringing a Zodiac Silver, a pure i20 dock, an Objective2 (cased this time 

) and Rev. 2 LCD-2s.

Any further thought been given to a potential venue?  Brasewel has been kind enough to offer to host (for which I give my thanks), but if there's a good alternative, I'd love to hear it.
